My wife and joined Immersion Fitness last May after we took some time off from CrossFit. We have a gym in our home but we really missed the gym environment so we decided to join Immersion which is by our home . We are so grateful that we did . This place is full of great people, coaches and ownership. They really go above and beyond for their members from competitive events to holiday parties. The best part is the gym is welcoming to people of all fitness levels which I believe makes them unique. I highly recommend Immersion if you’re looking for a new gym.

I give this gym a 5+ stars. It's a great place to workout. It was my first time trying CrossFit and I was so scare but thanks to all The coaches that are supportive, knowledgeable and encourage me, I was able to overcome my fears of touching a barbell and now I just can't missed a day. The place is clean and well kept. The environment is very friendly and energizing.. You got to try it and become part of the Immersion Fitness Family.

This is a fantastic gym. I wholeheartedly did not think I could do the things people do in CrossFit…. I was wrong. The coaches will adjust the level of activity to what you can handle. As you get stronger they encourage you to take on more so you can increase your strength. Coaches are extremely helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is lively. If you are searching for a CrossFit gym, this is it. I found a new family and you can too.

Honestly, this is such an incredible gym. The coaches are remarkable, and truly care about each member, and their fitness goals.
