As a life long athlete and competitor, Bobby has always maintained an active and healthy lifestyle. After three years as a Division 1 college football athlete, Bobby transitioned to more functional fitness by discovering CrossFit in 2009. Since then, he's sought to learn and improve in all aspects of fitness, including weight- and powerlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular performance. Bobby is a patient, hands-on teacher who loves to see people grow and improve as athletes.
