360-degree change! Eating healthy and staying fit are now my priorities! I have become so interested in fitness that I got certified as an ISSA personal trainer in one week! I love to learn and IF has been my motivation!!! My only goal when I started was to NOT pass out!!! Then it was to be able to do a proper squat! Now it is to join the HERO SQUAD!

What’s your favorite thing about Immersion Fitness?
The motivation and support given by the members plus the push and encouragement we find in all the coaches! Everyone is kind, respectful and most of all always willing to help you learn!

What advice would you give to a newbie thinking about starting their fitness journey?
Don’t give up!!! It definitely will NOT be easy but the progress at the end will be worthwhile! This is by far the best thing I’ve ever done for myself in my life!

Who is the hero in your life and why?
My father. He sacrificed his entire life for his family beginning when he was only a young boy- being the oldest of 8 he was forced to work instead of being able to obtain an education. He held two jobs to support my three brothers and myself but yet he always had time to take us to the park or to buy us ONE hamburger on pay day! He never complained about the hard labor he had to do but he would show us his calloused hands and tell us he never wanted us to work with our hands but to be able to use our brains instead! As such he was committed to providing us with the best education he could afford. Through his hard work, today I am an attorney holding multiple degrees. My father is my hero.
